Current “Arabi Online” or “Arabi Mobile” subscribers can log in to this service using the same username and password. You only need to activate your device from the app itself by entering a One Time Password (subscription to the SMS Express Service is a must).

If you did not receive the One Time Password via SMS, you can contact the Customer Care Center for assistance on 1591 if calling from Lebanon or +9611 962420 when calling from abroad.

*Login with Face ID is currently available only for iPhone devices that support this feature.
